Tasting Notes
Bright violet color with a vibrant appearance. Immediate aromas of light herbs and flowers. Flavors of dark cherry, leafy herbs, soft spice, cola and hints of licorice. Tannins are well balanced that allow for a silky mouthfeel. Decanting or a little aeration will help this wine express itself to the fullest. This is a fantastic food wine or as a stand alone depending on your mood.
