Tasting Notes
This highly aromatic wine explodes with rose petals, almond blossoms, ginger butter and caramel. The esters linger with a brisk swirl in the glass from the fleshy ripe stonefruit but without the cloying sweetness. The mid-palate is filled with vanilla, nectarine, peach, cantaloupe and pineapple. The neutral oak is present but lingers only enough to be barely seen through the crowd. The wine finishes with just a hint of lime zest.
