We make no representation to the legal rights for anyone to ship or import wines into your area. Legally, as the buyer you are solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us and our agents to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
When you place an Order you accept the following Wine Purchase and Shipping Terms:
- You affirm that you over 21 years of age and that you are complying with the direct shipment laws in your area to the best of your knowledge, including any volume limits;
- You authorize charging your credit card for the purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping costs;
- You understand that the wine is sold in California and title is passed to you in California; and
- You accept that we ship the wine on a "best effort basis" with any loss, damage or non-delivery liabilty not exceeding the amount you paid.
To ensure maximum quality of wine deliveries, shipments may be held during periods of high or low temperatures. If you want your wine shipped faster, you have the option of choosing an expedited service level. Shipping rates will be determined and communicated to you prior to shipment.
Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form.
By placing an order with us you are stating that you are 21 years of age and that the recipient of the order is also 21 years of age. We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. We also pay extra to our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, and then the carrier verifies the age of the recipient when delivering the package.
Receiving a Shipment
If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a P.O. Box or left with someone who is visibly intoxicated. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is never received or picked up and returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.

The prices for all our products are in U.S. Dollars.
Shipped wines will be charged standard shipping rates by our shipping company Amador Shipping who will be sending the tracking number to the email address specified in the Order.
