Surrounded by vineyards and cooled by the breeze, it’s the perfect spot to sip and savor a curated flight of our latest wine releases. With plenty of space, shaded seating, and a laid-back atmosphere, this outdoor tasting invites you to slow down, unwind, and take in the natural beauty that defines Helwig Winery.
Please note: The two experiences listed below are identical in content but differ by group size. Choose the option that best fits the size of your party.
Outdoor Deck Tasting: 4 Guest Maximum
Enjoy a leisurely, seated tasting experience at your own table, set against the stunning backdrop of the Shenandoah Valley from our picturesque back deck. Savor our latest wine releases while taking in the natural beauty that surrounds you. To elevate your tasting experience, we kindly ask that food service be enjoyed separately. However, feel free to extend your visit with a delightful lunch either before or after your tasting.

Enjoy a leisurely, seated tasting experience for groups of up to six at your own table, set against the stunning backdrop of the Shenandoah Valley from our picturesque back deck. Sip through our latest wine releases while taking in the sweeping vineyard views and fresh country air. To ensure the best possible tasting experience, we kindly ask that food service be enjoyed separately—but you’re welcome to extend your visit with a relaxing lunch before or after your tasting.
